No support after paying for it.
Send several mails asking for support as the software does not start anymore.
The error message appears and also reinstalling it does not work.
I cannot access my important data inside the software.
Also I tried calling them but I got a tape to leave a message.
Left several messages explaining the urgency of my case but after 2 weeks no response at all, not via mail or call back.
Do not use this because when it doesn't work anymore, you cannot access your bills in any way!
